· HVG, Inc., dba Delta Stag Truck Body, a manufacturer of truck bodies.  This company has historically had sales of about $4,000,000 and has been profitable for more than 10 years.  In 2009 sales dropped off in the last third of the year to where the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009, will show sales of about 1.7 million dollars, The company has several new products under development that we hope to bring to the market over the next year. 

· Humble Energy, Inc., a producer of natural gas in the Arkansas and Oklahoma gas fields.  The reorganization of the company, its merger into a public shell, and the purchase of more natural gas wells have been completed.  The company is now listed on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol HUML.

· CFS, Inc., dba Condominium Financial Services, Inc. has developed a unique software package for managing the affairs of condominium associations.  Their software provides for billing members, paying expenses and financial information to the management.  The software provides that any member with the proper access code can look at the financial information about the Association or their individual account through the Internet.

· Fusion Golf Shafts, Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of innovative golf shafts used in playing golf.  Fusion Golf Shafts, Inc. feature a flex wound manufacturing method making it one of the most stable shafts available in the market.  The shafts are sold through major distributors who may attach a golf head, or may sell it to an individual who can select his/her own golf head for a custom club.  Most professional tournament golf players select their own shafts and heads in this manner.

· Toreson Solar Farms, Inc. is building a solar electric plant in Southern Nevada.  The company owns the land and there is a major electric power line adjacent to their property for the construction of the solar plant.  The company has applied for major energy credits and federal grants to assist in developing a cost effective solar electric plant.  The company has already contracted to sell its entire electric production for the next 25 years.
